EU, USA and Australia Shipping

We are branching out to help you all find your Mood.

EU shipping will be £10 sent via second class.

USA shipping will be £10 sent via second class.

Australia shipping will be £10 sent via second class.

 

When is the latest I can order by?

All orders will be dispatched the following day Monday - Thursday. Any orders after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday morning. Bank holidays will be the following Tuesday.

 

Do you offer UK Next Day Delivery?

We do but this will be an additional cost. Just select the option in the checkout.

 

Shipping Policy for Mood&Mane:

  1. We will ship your order as soon as possible after payment is received, and we will do our best to get it to you within the estimated delivery time.

  4. If the address you provided is incorrect, you will be liable for this error. You will need to wait until the package is returned to our HQ, and then we will re-post it for you with the additional posting cost that you will be charged for.

  5. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain locations or customers if we deem it necessary.
