All accessories sent out within 3-5 working days second class.

 

EU, USA and Australia Shipping

We are branching out to help you all find your Mood.

EU shipping will be £10 sent via second class.

USA shipping will be £13 sent via second class.

Australia shipping will be £13 sent via second class.

 

When is the latest I can order by?

All orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays & Fridays. Any orders after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday morning. Bank holidays will be the following Tuesday.

 

Do you offer UK Next Day Delivery?

We do but this will be an additional cost. Just select the option in the checkout.

 

Shipping Policy for Mood&Mane:

  1. We will ship your order as soon as possible after payment is received, and we will do our best to get it to you within the estimated delivery time.

  2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  3. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@moodandmane.com, and we will investigate with the courier.

  4. If the address you provided is incorrect, you will be liable for this error. You will need to wait until the package is returned to our HQ, and then we will re-post it for you with the additional posting cost that you will be charged for.

  5. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain locations or customers if we deem it necessary.

  7. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by your country's customs department.

  8. We reserve the right to change our shipping policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you via email or on our website.
